- Learn field operations alongside experienced leaders and field teams.
- Progress through Crew Leader, General Foreperson, and Supervisor leadership phases.
- Support safe, efficient, and high-quality vegetation management operations.
- Participate in work planning, crew and jobsite observations, safety activities, and reviews.
- Build skills in coaching, onboarding, performance feedback, and team development.
- Learn production, customer, equipment, documentation, and contract requirements.
- Partner with Operations and corporate functions including Safety, HR, and Talent Acquisition.
- Travel for field exposure, storm response, and leadership development.
- Develop capabilities in multi-crew leadership and regulatory compliance.
