Lewis Tree Service seeks motivated individuals for an Operations Leadership Trainee program. You will learn field operations in utility vegetation management, with progressive exposure to crew leadership roles and a path to supervisor-level responsibilities.

Expect hands-on training, safety emphasis, and collaboration with corporate teams. Responsibilities include planning, coaching, and supporting crews, while advancing your leadership ability and operational knowledge in a dynamic outdoor

Responsibilities

• Learn Lewis field operations by working with experienced leaders and field teams.

• Participate in work planning, safety activities and operational reviews.
• Develop skills to coach and support employees and maintain positive team environment.
• Learn how leaders manage production, customers, equipment and business results.
• Collaborate with Safety, Training, HR and Talent Acquisition.
