• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or operations software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow into an operations leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support day-to-day operational processes across multiple departments
• Assist in monitoring production workflows, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Help oversee quality control procedures and ensure compliance with company standards
• Participate in team meetings, reporting, and performance tracking initiatives
• Support staff coordination, scheduling, and resource allocation under management guidance
• Develop a working knowledge of company products, services, and operational systems
