MicroSolv Technology Corporation is seeking an Operations Management Trainee for a structured 12-month leadership development program. You will gain hands-on experience across customer service, operations, purchasing, production, logistics, facility management, and business systems while working directly with company leadership.

The program aims to develop a well-rounded future leader with deep understanding of how each department drives customer satisfaction and operational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP or operations software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support day-to-day operational processes across departments.
• Assist in monitoring production workflows, inventory, and supply chain coordination.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Help oversee quality control and ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in meetings, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Support staff coordination, scheduling, and resource allocation under guidance.
• Develop knowledge of company products, services, and systems.
