Job summary

QXO is seeking a motivated candidate for an Operations Management track in Sparks, NV. You will gain knowledge across Production, Sales Operations and more, with the aim of promotion to management.

Willingness to relocate for permanent assignment and travel up to 20% is expected. The role requires at least 18 years old, a driver’s license if using a company vehicle, and either a Bachelor's Degree or two years in construction management or distribution services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services.
• Operations Management experience, preferably in building materials or construction related industry.
• Must be willing to travel and relocate for permanent assignment; travel <20%.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under the direction of experienced professionals.
• Comprehensive training across multiple departments such as Production and Sales Operations as it pertains to the insulation business.
• Open to learning new aspects of running a branch operation and willingness to relocate for permanent assignment.
