QXO is seeking an enterprising individual for a fast-track path to branch management. You will receive comprehensive training across Production, Sales Operations and related areas while contributing to daily operations and learning every facet of running a branch.

The role emphasizes willingness to travel for training and potential relocation for permanent assignments, with a focus on growth within a leading insulation and building materials distributor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required.
• Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under the direction of experienced professionals. Comprehensive training will include duties in several departments such as Production, Sales Operations and more.
• Ideal candidate will be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running a branch operation.
