QXO is looking for an ambitious individual to join its team in Sparta, WI, with a view to evolving into a management role. You will undergo comprehensive training across production, sales operations, and other departments to learn every facet of running a branch operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a Company Vehicle.
• Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years' experience in construction management or distribution services.
• Physical requirements: office and field environments, standing/walking on uneven ground, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, travel between locations and job sites.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under the direction of experienced professionals.
• Comprehensive training across departments such as Production and Sales Operations.
• Learn all aspects of running a branch operation and be willing to take chances and learn new things.
