GFL is launching an Operations Manager Trainee program in the Midwest, designed to fast-track high-potential individuals into frontline leadership roles. The program spans 9–12 months, with rotations across frontline operations, data analysis, and dispatch coordination.

Graduates assume frontline supervisory roles, oversee teams, budgets, and KPIs. Willingness to relocate within Wisconsin/Illinois/Upper Peninsula of Michigan is required as openings arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent life/military leadership experience.
• Willingness to relocate within the Midwest (Wisconsin, Illinois, Upper Peninsula of Michigan).
• Proven leadership potential and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
