Responsibilities

• Participate in the 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program.
• Learn basic transportation principles and cross-dock operations under a mentor.
• Accompany Account Manager on sales calls and drivers on local routes.
• Relocate to a facility after program completion for a leadership role.
