Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Graduated within the past 12 months or expected to graduate soon
• Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations Management, or related majors preferred
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire for career growth
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment

Responsibilities

• Participate in a one-year rotational development program across warehouse operations, hub management, and transportation coordination.
• Gain exposure to data analysis and cross‑functional leadership within operations.
• Contribute to process improvements and drive KPI achievement during rotations.
• Rotate through phases covering warehouse learning, hub operations, and operations support.
• Lead assigned initiatives and projects during the final placement phase.
