Job summary

SwiftX is seeking highly motivated Management Trainees for its Operations Leadership Program. This one-year rotational development track builds future leaders through structured training, cross-functional rotations, and leadership development.

Participants will rotate through Warehouse Learning, Hub Operations, and Operations Support with exposure to data analysis, transportation coordination, and KPI management, culminating in a permanent leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, graduates within past 12 months or soon to graduate.
• Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations Management related majors preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through four phases: Warehouse Learning, Hub Operations, Operations Support, and Final Placement & Leadership Development.
• Learn warehouse processes, SOPs, safety requirements, and end-to-end logistics workflows.
• Participate in hub operations, dispatch coordination, and transportation activities.
• Analyze operational performance and support business initiatives.
