Job summary

Swagelok’s Career Development Program invites recent graduates from engineering, operations, or business to rotate through three major assignments over the first three years, each lasting 12–18 months. You’ll gain hands-on operations experience, leadership exposure, and ongoing coaching from senior managers.

The program includes mentorship, structured training, and opportunities across operations, engineering, and HR, with a path toward leadership roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business, or a related field.
• Must have completed 1st rotation within Operations Career Development Program.
• Open to working in Northeast Ohio locations: Solon, Strongsville, Eastlake, Highland Hills, or Willoughby without relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Engage in hands-on operational roles to understand the business.
• Participate in projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations.
• Lead and/or support small to mid-size projects.
• Participate in LEAN/CEDAC events and similar initiatives.
• Present end-of-rotation summaries to company leaders.
• Complete required leadership training on schedule.
