Job summary

Swagelok in Northeast Ohio is launching a three-year, full-time Supply Chain Career Development Program for recent graduates. The program offers hands-on rotational assignments across supply chain functions in Solon, Strongsville, Eastlake, Highland Hills, or Willoughby.

You’ll gain exposure to LEAN practices and business policy while building leadership and project-management skills. You will complete a Bachelor’s degree by May 2025, bring a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and participate in internships

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree completion by May 2025 in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Business Analytics or related field.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 and internship/co‑op or similar experience in a professional setting.
Strong problem-solving, communication and project management abilities.
Demonstrated leadership through campus, work, or community activities; multi‑tasking capability.

Responsibilities

Rotation Management: follow rotation requirements across the three‑year program.
Lead and support small to mid‑size projects aligning with business goals.
Review and apply best practices; participate in LEAN/CEDAC and related events.
Glean program knowledge and policies to inform business decisions.
Present end‑of‑rotation summaries to company leaders.
