Swagelok’s Career Development Program invites recent graduates from engineering, operations, or business to rotate through three major assignments over the first three years, each lasting 12–18 months. You’ll gain hands-on operations experience, leadership exposure, and ongoing coaching from senior managers.
The program includes mentorship, structured training, and opportunities across operations, engineering, and HR, with a path toward leadership roles within the company.
The Swagelok Career Development Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders and technical professionals within our organization. This unique program offers recent graduates from engineering, operations, or business disciplines the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and leadership skills through various operational and corporate rotations. Participants will rotate through three key assignments, each lasting 12-18 months, in their first three years of employment. The program provides exposure to areas such as operations supervision, engineering, manufacturing/assembly planning, sourcing, customer service, and human resources. These business-critical assignments offer broad, rich operational and business experiences to enable career growth, supplemented with ongoing training, development, mentoring, and support from key management associates.
