Precision Castparts Corp. invites high-potential graduates to join its two‑year Operations Management Development Program, starting January 2027. The program offers immersive rotations across plants, divisions, and corporate, with mentorship and a path to leadership in operations management.

Participants gain hands‑on experience, leadership development, and exposure to key metrics such as safety and productivity, while relocating to regions within the US as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as Operations or Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Engineering Management, Engineering or related degree.
• Prior co‑op or internship experience in a manufacturing environment
• Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including the ability to work outside standard business hours as needed to meet business or project demands
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle high stress with high activity, tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to exercise time management and prioritization skills
• High level of interest in management, operations roles
• Must be a US Persons*
• Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in US only)

Responsibilities

• Gain in‑depth understanding of how PCC operates through immersive rotations across departments.
• Step into increasingly responsible roles in operations leadership during Year 2 at a larger facility.
