Precision Castparts Corp. invites high-potential graduates to join its two-year Operations Management Development Program starting July 12, 2027, in Lake Oswego and other US facilities.

Participants will rotate through multiple operations sites, gain hands-on leadership experience, and receive mentorship, access to a vast training library, and exposure to senior leadership.

Successful candidates relocate within the US and prepare for future roles in operations management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as operations, industrial management, or engineering.
• Co-op or internship experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership role in clubs or organizations.
• Willingness to relocate within US for program locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• US Person status and eligibility to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive understanding of PCC operations through two-year rotations.
• Assume progressively responsible roles, including supervisory positions in Year Two.
