Job summary

RR Donnelley (RRD) in Las Vegas, NV is launching an Associate - Operations-Leadership program, a full-time, twelve-month training track to prepare you for operational leadership across our manufacturing facilities. The cohort starts in February 2027 and includes rotations through manufacturing, logistics, and admin areas.

You will learn six core plant functions, shadow roles, assist Plant Leaders, attend internal and external plant meetings, and study print industry publications to deepen

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, IT, marketing, finance or related fields or equivalent work experience.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Internship in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic business practices and cost awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Learn production rotations and the six core plant functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
• Shadow and perform in position-specific roles during rotations.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility functions and participate in meetings.
• Read publications to stay informed about print and manufacturing industries.
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to learn and contribute from day one.
