Job summary

Tilcon Connecticut Inc., a CRH company, offers an Aggregate Management Trainee program designed to develop frontline leaders through hands-on operations, safety-first practices, and exposure to quarry technical systems.

You will participate in rotations across quarry, plant, and equipment environments, learning production, maintenance, and leadership skills to progress toward higher supervision roles.

Responsibilities

• Learn aggregate operations across quarry, plant, and mobile equipment environments.
• Support production, maintenance, and operational tasks to understand workflows.
• Gain knowledge of drilling, blasting, mine plan execution, and material movement.
• Participate in cross-site rotations to broaden leadership perspective.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial performance.
