Job summary

Chick-fil-A is offering an Operations Internship for Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 at our Raleigh, NC locations. This paid internship runs for one semester, with 20–30 hours weekly split between operations tasks and leadership exposure. You’ll work with the Operating Partner and Directors to build processes and systems while balancing classes.

You’ll gain leadership development, hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, and access to scholarship opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Acquired a Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and make quick decisions daily.
• Ability to set goals and motivate a team toward achieving those goals.
• Proven ability to recognize strengths and passions in others.
• Desire to develop people of all ages and skill levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Operating Partner and Directors to build leadership processes.
• Develop restaurant systems that set up a shift for sustained success.
• Assist with performance management for all team members.
• Participate in development of team recognition and incentive programs.
• Maintain vision alignment with Operator and leadership team.
• Complete a project based on business needs and your interests.
