Target is offering an Operations Internship in our Supply Chain Facilities. This paid program runs 40 hours per week and aims to develop leadership, problem solving, and practical operations management skills in a real-world setting.

You will work alongside managers and mentors to learn how daily operations are executed, lead teams, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Participation in school or extracurricular activities and experience in leadership roles.
• Strong interest in working in retail, specifically within our supply chain facilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and strong initiative.

Responsibilities

• Experience in building and managing a team culture across the building.
• Knowledge of retail business fundamentals.
• Plan daily goals and organize shift plans to achieve targets at start of shift.
• Lead daily meetings for the operational team.
