Job summary

Cencora invites a motivated Operations Intern to join our 10-week summer program at our Denver, Colorado Distribution Center. You will work under a mentor, gain exposure to multiple supply chain functions, and present key learnings to leadership at program end.

Onsite availability, flexible shifts, and a focus on developing future leaders are provided. Qualifications include pursuing a relevant degree with graduation within 12 months and the ability to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a relevant degree and graduate within a year of internship completion.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities demonstrated in academics or projects.
• Willingness to work across shifts and learn across supply chain functions.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of various supply chain functions and disciplines.
• Assist in analysis and development of supply chain metrics and processes.
• Report findings to team members and management as required.
• Organize and facilitate team meetings and rotate through departments.
• Support workload planning and manage time to meet goals.
• Participate in internship training and development activities.
