Qualifications

• Seniors currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Healthcare Administration or related field; GPA of 3.0+ preferred.
• At least one internship or relevant experience in business operations, analytics, or process improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership through work, student organizations, athletics, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through operations-focused roles to support client, customer, and provider experiences.
• Create reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into operational processes and performance.
• Influence partners and build alignment across a matrixed environment.
• Support governance, performance management, and operational planning activities.
