Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Operations or Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Systems, Engineering Management, Engineering or related degree.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate within US for program placements.

Responsibilities

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of PCC's operations and continuously drive improvements in safety, quality, throughput, cost, productivity and team development.
• Transition from immersion to supervisory roles with increasing scope and responsibility over two years.
• Own key performance metrics and contribute to leadership development via hands-on rotations across facilities.
