Precision Castparts Corp.'s IT Development Program is a two-year, high-velocity rotational program for seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or recent grads, designed to expose participants to PCC's IT and manufacturing environments. Relocation to US locations is required, with preferences by region across the country.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred.
Leadership in clubs or activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a US Person and willing to relocate within US locations.

Responsibilities

Participate in a two-year IT development rotation across foundational IT domains.
Exposure to Development, Infrastructure, Industrial IoT, Cyber Security.
Gain hands-on experience and mentorship to prepare for leadership roles.
