Precision Castparts Corp. invites high-potential graduates to join a two-year operations leadership rotational program. Start July 12, 2027, with relocation to US facilities and progressive supervisory assignments designed to build leadership and impactful problem-solving skills.

Senior graduates through Spring 2027 are encouraged to apply, with strong emphasis on safety, quality, and cost performance as you advance across multiple PCC sites and leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Operations or Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Systems, Engineering Management, Engineering or related degree.
• Co-op or internship experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity.
• Willingness to relocate within the US.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be a US Person and able to relocate to US facilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year rotational program across PCC facilities with hands-on leadership exposure.
• Develop leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills from day one.
• Transition to supervisory roles in progressively complex facilities.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, throughput, and costs across rotations.
