Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, etc.
• Prior co‑op or internship experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or related field
• Club, organization or activity leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet business or project demands
• High interest in management and leadership roles
• U.S. Person required
• Willing to relocate to various US locations for program roles

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on HR experience across Staffing and Recruiting, Employment Law & Compliance, Training, Hiring and Onboarding, Benefits Administration, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement
• Develop competencies in Compensation, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Safety & Workers' Compensation, HR Analytics
• Engage with unions where applicable and support program-wide HR analytics initiatives
• Collaborate across two manufacturing plants to prepare for leadership roles
