Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp.'s Development Programs accelerate HR careers by placing seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or recent graduates into a two-year, immersive program across two US manufacturing plants. Relocation to various locations is required, with preferences for regions and a start date of July 12, 2027.

The program offers 1:1 mentorship, exposure to PCC leadership, and access to in-person sessions plus an extensive online library.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a field such as Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
• Prior co‑op or internship experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related field.
• Leadership roles in clubs or organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to relocate to various US locations.
• Interest in management and leadership roles.
• Must be a U.S. Person and willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on HR experience across two separate manufacturing plants.
• Develop core HR knowledge in Staffing, Employment Law & Compliance, Training, Onboarding, Benefits, and Learning & Development.
• Engage in Employee Engagement, Compensation, Succession Planning, and HR Analytics.
• Support safety and workers' compensation processes and union relations.
• Collaborate with PCC leadership and mentors to close skill gaps and advance toward leadership roles.
