Job summary

Jobtailor presents a restaurant leadership program designed to rotate you from entry-level roles up to Restaurant General Manager within the first year, then District Manager in year two. You will lead teams of 20+ and drive guest experiences across multiple locations.

The program emphasizes on-the-job learning, coaching, strategic planning, and growth opportunities in Field Operations or Restaurant Support Center roles, with relocation flexibility within the continental United States.

Qualifications

• Graduating with an undergraduate degree between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Any major accepted; business and/or hospitality major preferred.
• Willingness to work in-restaurant, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in restaurants, retail, hotels, or guest-facing industries is a plus.
• Passion for growth, ownership, and the hospitality industry.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Flexibility and openness to relocation opportunities within the continental United States strongly preferred.
• Valid United States Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and orientation covering RBI culture, business, brands, and strategic plans.
• Learn every restaurant role from Team Member through Assistant Manager during the first six months.
• Support and develop new Team Members while building coaching, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Serve as Restaurant General Manager in Year 1, leading a restaurant and team of 20+ people.
• Develop and execute restaurant improvement plans.
• Build high-performing teams and deliver consistently excellent guest experiences.
• Manage restaurant operations, people, commercial performance, and P&L results.
• Serve as a District Manager in Year 2, leading a portfolio of restaurants.
• Coach Restaurant General Managers and drive operational consistency and performance across multiple locations.
• Develop restaurant leadership talent and gain exposure to strategic operations and Brand leadership.
• Pursue future opportunities in Field Operations or Restaurant Support Center Operations.
