Job summary

PCs for People in Denver seeks an Operations Manager to oversee market performance, lead warehouse and refurbishment operations, and ensure R2/NAID and ISO compliance while managing inventory and vendor relationships.

You will supervise staff, drive KPIs for device reuse and throughput, own P&L for the market, and partner with teams to scale impact through disciplined processes and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, tech refurbishment, or operational experience.
• Familiarity with e-waste, R2/NAID compliance, and ISO 14001/45001 standards.
• Strong inventory management, staff development, and vendor coordination experience.
• Proven success leading teams and driving operational KPIs.
• Passion for digital equity, sustainability, and scalable community impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead local staff to achieve KPIs for device reuse, inventory throughput, e-waste management, and facility performance.
• Maintain P&L accountability for the market, including e-waste commodity revenue, computer refurbishment, and surplus/e-commerce sales.
• Champion strategies that increase device reuse, improve intake sorting, and reduce unnecessary recycling.
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure inventory is efficiently processed, stocked, and distributed through appropriate sales channels.
• Coordinate with the Community Impact team for bulk orders, events, and client distributions.
