PCs for People in Denver seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead warehouse and refurbishment operations in the local market, ensuring compliance with R2/NAID, ISO, and DOT standards while driving KPI performance and cost controls.

You will manage inventory, supervise staff and volunteers, coordinate with vendor partners, and advance device reuse, sustainability, and community impact across the market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, tech refurbishment, or operational roles.
• Familiarity with e-waste, R2/NAID, and ISO 14001/45001.
• Strong inventory management and vendor coordination experience.
• Proven success leading teams and KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, self-motivated, adaptable.
• Passion for digital equity and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse, refurbishment, retail, surplus, and logistics in the local market.
• Align local operations with national SOPs.
• Ensure R2/NAID, ISO, DOT compliance.
• Lead KPIs for device reuse, inventory throughput, e-waste management.
• Maintain P&L accountability for market performance.
• Coordinate with Community Impact and Enterprise Partnerships.
• Monitor vendor compliance and environmental certifications.
• Supervise staff and volunteers.
• Conduct monthly facility inspections and inventory counts.
