Align is seeking an experienced Warehouse and Facilities Operations Manager to lead inventory operations and facilities functions supporting our data center infrastructure business. The role emphasizes high‑performance cabling, strategic sourcing, project execution, and hands‑on leadership in a fast‑paced, client‑facing setting.

The ideal candidate will manage cross‑functional teams, optimize vendor relationships, and ensure deliverables align with timelines and budgets while promoting safety

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations, facility management or related fields.
• Experience leading office and warehouse teams and overseeing equipment and operations.
• Experience developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Word).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and facility operations and ensure timely project deliverables.
• Establish warehouse processes to ensure inventory accuracy and material accountability.
• Drive timelines, budgets, and quality control across initiatives.
• Maintain facilities in safe, organized condition; manage maintenance programs and vendor contracts.
• Partner with procurement and operations to support sourcing and materials availability.
