Familiar with consumer electronics (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) and basic understanding of server/network equipment

Ensure proper execution of inbound receiving, inspection, sorting, and system entry
Oversee outbound shipping accuracy, packaging standards, and documentation
Lead teardown operations including dismantling, material separation, and parts harvesting
Train employees on SOPs, safety (PPE), and quality standards
Monitor team productivity and ensure targets are met
Verify discrepancies (quantity, model, asset tags) and elevate issues as needed
Maintain organized workstations and enforce 5S standards
Perform hands-on support when needed to meet operational demand
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and data handling procedures
Deliverable
Meet daily production and shipping targets set by Operations Manager
Maintain high accuracy in receiving, inventory entry, and shipping (≥ 99%)
Ensure team adherence to SOP and safety requirements (zero safety violations)
Deliver timely and accurate basic reports (daily output, discrepancy logs)
Reduce errors in teardown and sorting processes
Maintain clean and organized work areas (5S compliance)
Achieve team productivity benchmarks (units per hour / per shift)
Support onboarding and training completion for new hires
