• Coordinate with vendors and manage supply chain activities.
• Supervise and coach warehouse staff and volunteers.
• Support safety, compliance audits, and training programs.
• Integrate volunteer labor into daily operations.
• Assist with DOT and NAID requirements.
• Ensure inventory is stocked and processed efficiently.
• Support cross-market collaboration as needed.
