You will recruit and develop the Birmingham team, drive KPI tracking with SYSPRO, DispatchTrack, and Samsara, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across warehouse, dispatch, fleet and field service functions.
• Experience with inventory management, logistics platforms, and process improvements.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Birmingham operations including warehouse, dispatch, fleet management, field service, and installation performance.
• Oversee capacity planning, staffing, and production scheduling to meet customer commitments.
• Implement and manage operational systems (SYSPRO, DispatchTrack, Samsara) and track KPIs for continuous improvements.
