Job summary

Creative Technology Group in La Vergne, TN is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee warehouse departments and drive quality, safety, and efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management of staffing, training, and tooling.

Salary range is $130,000 to $150,000 per year, with responsibilities spanning asset management, compliance with OSHA, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and inventories.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing warehouse and operations staff.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety and compliance.
• Experience with asset rental and sub-rentals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of R2 or similar warehouse management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and enforces quality and production standards.
• Handles Operations staffing, training, and functionality.
• Departmental tooling and material acquisition.
• Monitors and evaluates Operations output.
• Ensures OSHA safety and compliance.
• Oversees determination and acquisition of sub-rented assets, transport needs (local, national & worldwide).
• Ensures proper usage by warehouse and operations staff of R2 tasks relating to; Confirmed Jobs; Sub-rentals - Transfer.
• Ensures the asset maintenance tools within R2.
• Maintains warehouse, vehicles, tools, safety equipment and assets.
• Reviews all operations and warehouse purchases and rentals.
• Coordinates with IT on R2 training and development relating to Operations.
• Coordinates with inventory team.
• Develops action inventory policy.
• Oversees Cycle Counts.
• Helps improve utilization and efficiency of staff technicians when in house.
• Collaborates with other Operation Directors to implement efficiencies and cost-saving procedures for CT.
