Job summary

American Dining Creations seeks a Director of Operations to lead and mentor operations across vending, micro markets, office coffee, and pantry services. The role reports to the Executive VP and aligns with the Regional VP and GM to drive profitability from day one.

The position demands hands-on leadership, budget oversight, and collaboration with sales on client retention and growth; travel to client sites is required and advancement toward GM depends on performance and opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business or logistics required.
• Progressive operations or business management experience with P&L responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet, delivery, and warehouse operations with focus on reliability and cost control.
• Oversee routing, scheduling, and route optimization to improve efficiency.
• Direct dispatch, installation, maintenance, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with sales on expansions, renewals, and account reviews; protect relationships.
• Manage budgets, labor, inventory, and operating expenses; assist in forecasts and business plans.
• Coach and develop managers and supervisors; ensure safety and performance.
