American Food & Vending Corporation, a leading refreshment and dining solutions company, seeks a Director of Operations Logistics, Warehouse, and Food Delivery. This hands-on leader reports to the Executive Vice President and oversees vending, micro markets, office coffee, pantry, and related services with regional mentorship and strong customer focus.

Role requires time at operating locations, coaching teams, managing budgets, and driving profitability.

Formación

• BS or BA in Business or Logistics required.
• At least five years of progressive operations or business management experience.
• P&L management skills including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control.
• Proficiency with WMS and VMS; strong MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fleet, delivery, and route optimization for reliability and efficiency.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and order picking.
• Coordinate routing, schedules, and territory coverage.
• Direct dispatch, maintenance, and equipment deployment activities.
• Partner with GM on sales, pricing, new accounts, expansions, and renewals.
• Manage budgets, labor, inventory, and operating expenses.
