Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Transaction Processing Supervisor to lead a high-performing team responsible for processing medical and pharmacy bills, correspondence, and related documents for U.S. government programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or operations management experience.
• Experience in transaction processing, mailroom operations, healthcare administration, or related fields.
• Strong leadership to motivate, coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, presentations, and stakeholder interactions.
• Onsite work Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend hours; ability to obtain US government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop transaction processing, production, quality assurance, and team staff to achieve goals.
• Monitor and ensure SLA compliance, productivity standards, quality metrics, and customer expectations.
• Track and evaluate employee performance including productivity, quality, attendance, workflow adherence, and development plans.
• Provide real-time coaching and support while fostering engagement and accountability.
• Ensure timely, accurate, secure, and compliant processing of medical and pharmacy bills and mail deliverables.
• Oversee daily operations to meet quality, regulatory, and client commitments.
• Analyze reports and metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; implement effective solutions.
• Partner with leadership on staffing forecasts, scheduling, payroll inputs, and resource allocation.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct security reviews and ensure compliance with requirements; support audits and special projects.
