Reporting to the Senior Delivery Manager, the Transaction Processing Supervisor leads a high-performing operations team responsible for processing medical and pharmacy bills, correspondence, and supporting documentation for the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP). This role also oversees outbound mail operations supporting the Acentra Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) print and mail project.
The Transaction Processing Supervisor is responsible for driving operational excellence, workforce management, quality assurance, production performance, service level agreement (SLA) compliance, process improvement, employee development, and customer service delivery. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with experience managing transaction processing, document management, mail operations, healthcare administration, business process outsourcing (BPO), production operations, or claims processing teams in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $37,961-$49,300.
