Avis Budget Group is launching the Operational Strength Program (OSP) beginning January 2027 for ambitious leaders. The Trainee role blends hands-on training in operations, customer service, logistics and team leadership with a cohort of peers from across the country.

You will rotate through key functions, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and build the skills to drive performance and operational excellence. Relocation to any nationwide location is required after the initial training.

Qualifications

• Candidate has 2- or 4-year college degree or 4 years of military service.
• Ability and willingness to relocate nationwide.
• Data-focused problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Experience as a team member or team leader.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Join as Trainee in the Operational Strength Program and start path to Operations Manager.
• Rotate through operational functions with mentorship from senior leaders.
• Relocation to any nationwide location after the initial training curriculum.
