This full-time program combines hands-on training with mentorship and culminates in a management role. The program offers a $60,000 annual salary, a company car, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year college degree or military service.
• Willing to relocate anywhere nationwide.
• Data-focused problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Experience as a team member or leader.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership potential, resilience and passion for leading teams.
• Thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Emotional intelligence, urgency, and solution-focused mindset.
• Regular on-site presence (not remote).
• Extra points: at least one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities
