Avis Budget Group is seeking a Trainee for its Operational Strength Program (OSP) starting January 2027. The immersive, full-time program includes rotations across operations, customer service, logistics and team leadership.

Participants gain mentorship, hands-on experience and a fast track to management within a Fortune 500 company. Relocation to nationwide locations is required after an initial eight-week training period.

Qualifications

• Data-focused problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Experience as a team member or team leader (e.g. sports, clubs, military).
• Willingness to relocate nationwide after training program.

Responsibilities

• Join as a Trainee in the Operational Strength Program (OSP) and rotate through operations functions.
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders and build leadership skills.
• Relocate to a new location following eight weeks of training.
• Support operations, customer service, logistics and team leadership during rotations.
