Job summary

Integrity Trade Services seeks a hands-on Branch Manager to lead operations of our traffic-control branch in Fuquay-Varina, NC. You will supervise field crews, manage safety, scheduling, and financial performance while delivering projects on time and to client specs.

As an active working manager, you will coordinate with estimating and accounting, maintain compliance with DOT and industry standards, and develop the team through training and mentoring in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of traffic-control and safety experience.
• At least 10 years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct branch production, budgeting activities, and overall financial results.
• Oversee shop operations, customer relationships, and field/job-site execution.
• Partner with estimating on workload capacity, scheduling, and critical-path considerations.
• Collaborate with accounting on revenue recognition, forecasting, billing, and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Lead field crews and coordinate equipment deployment for remote locations.
