• Oversee proper implementation of traffic management plans on highway systems, roadways, and local streets
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure DOT specifications are met
• Ensure all crew members are trained and working safely
• Oversee safe operation of heavy equipment
• Maintain records of safety incidents, daily operations, and compliance documentation
• Manage maintenance, setup, and removal of traffic control devices (cones, barriers, signage, flagging equipment)
