Job summary

Jabil in Florence, KY seeks a senior Quality leader to drive continuous improvement across quality processes, systems and metrics. You will recruit and develop a high-performing quality team, implement training, and ensure compliance with ISO9000/14000 and related standards.

You will partner with Operations and leadership to forecast, control costs, and deliver customer-focused results while maintaining safety, governance and best practices across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Eight years of experience with at least two years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire Quality Engineers, OBA personnel and Quality Analyst resources.
• Coach Quality Engineering staff in interviewing/hiring.
• Coach and mentor Quality Engineering staff to deliver excellence to every internal and external customer.
• Create and manage succession plans for Quality function.
• Establish clear measurable goals and objectives for individuals and the team.
• Provide ongoing coaching based on feedback from leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational metrics.
• Coordinate activities of large teams during crises.
• Demonstrate commitment to customer service and problem solving.
• Adhere to safety, health and company policies.
