Job summary

Czarnowski Collective in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to build the operational foundation for Assembly's success. You will ensure projects are set up for seamless execution from planning through installation, dismantle, and turnover.

You will lead planning, asset and fleet readiness, vendor coordination, and Spacecube operationalization, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in operations leadership within a technical or project-based environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry and leadership experience considered.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and readiness across Assembly projects.
• Oversee asset deployment, field standards, labor, and freight planning.
• Coordinate vendor, subcontractor, and Spacecube readiness and deployment.
• Develop repeatable operating models to scale operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and post-project reviews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
