Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Field Assembly team. You will support purchasing, onboarding, and training, ensuring materials, PPE, and training are available to keep assembly focused, compliant, and productive.

You will work closely with Assembly, Purchasing, Quality, and HR to align resources and schedules, maintaining organized records and facilitating smooth production workflows.

Qualifications

• Must-have: high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, production, operations, or admin environment preferred.
• Experience in clean room or regulated manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing of production consumables, PPE, and office supplies.
• Maintain clean room inventory, PPE, garments, wipes, and related materials.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding with HR and leadership.
• Lead clean room training and maintain training records.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Assembly team.
• Track records, schedules, and department coordination; support process improvements.
