Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems seeks an organized Operations Coordinator - Assembly to support the Field Assembly team with purchasing, onboarding, and clean room material management. You will maintain inventory, obtain quotes, and ensure materials are available to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Requires strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Procure production consumables, PPE, and office supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to prevent production interruptions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and required training for new hires.
• Maintain purchasing and inventory records and communicate with suppliers.
• Support clean room materials management and adherence to procedures.
• Assist with administrative duties and department coordination.
