Job summary

Eaton in Orchard Park, NY is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations within the SIOP process. You will drive production planning, safety, quality, and on-time delivery while building bench strength in the IPT.

You will champion continuous improvement, apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and coordinate cross-functional teams including Manufacturing Engineers, Production Supervisors, and Quality Engineers to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years in manufacturing production goals and operations planning.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with direct reports in manufacturing.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status; lawful work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Operations plans within the SIOP process.
• Drive Continuous Improvement using root cause analysis and Lean Six Sigma.
• Manage weekly/monthly production schedules to support SIOP.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.
• Support site-wide supply chain and quality initiatives.
