This hands-on leadership role focuses on efficiency, team performance, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced industrial setting. Responsibilities include managing daily warehouse operations, coordinating service scheduling and dispatch, and implementing SOPs to boost productivity while ensuring OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations/warehouse/service management experience in industrial machinery
• Proven leadership of service and warehouse teams
• Strong knowledge of machine tools or CNC equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics
• Lead and supervise service technicians and warehouse staff
• Coordinate machine tool service scheduling, field dispatch, and customer support
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency
• Monitor KPIs and report to senior leadership
• Manage parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
• Ensure safety compliance (OSHA) and company policies
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer service
